Phase I - Basic Engineering Design
  • Working closely with your team in the early-stage development of your pilot plant, lab scale or other scale up process system, Beem’s engineers provide services for new systems including: pre-engineering, consulting and conceptual engineering; cost estimates and feasibility studies, and basic (front-end) engineering design studies.
  • Choosing to work with Beem early in your design process allows you to take full advantage of Beem’s specialized scale-specific knowledge and experience.
Phase II - Detailed Design, Fabrication and Testing
  • Maximizing labour force, optimizing scheduling time and minimizing the risk of cost overruns – detailed design, procurement and fabrication are executed in parallel on a fixed-price lump-sum basis. Beem’s proven supplier network provides you access to the highest quality products available for your project’s needs.
  • The final step in this second phase is a comprehensive factory acceptance test performed in your presence in Beem’s state-of-the-art facility.
Phase III - Shipping, Installation and Start-Up
  • A world leader in the design and build of lab scale systems, pilot plants, demonstration plants and modular systems, Beem can deliver your finished project anywhere around the globe.
  • Beem’s engineers and craft technicians offer on-site installation and start-up support of your pilot plant or process system following shipment to your site. Once your plant is operational, Beem can provide you ongoing technical support to help you meet your research objectives and development programs with maximum success.
  • The final step in this second phase is a comprehensive factory acceptance test performed in your presence in Beem’s state-of-the-art facility.
